Fast Track Railroad Consultants, LLC, has been retained to offer for sale, the surplus material listed below.
The material is to be sold on an “As Is, Where Is” basis, with all defects both known and unknown. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the quality, workmanship, design, merchantability, suitability or fitness for any particular purpose, or any other warranty or representation express or implied. Kindly note that we reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids in respect to the surplus property offered for sale. Transportation costs and all costs associated with preparation for delivery are the responsibility of the successful bidder. The equipment must be removed from MBTA/MBCR property within 30 days of bid award.
